Ingredients per 38 g: water, sugar, young pine (Pinus sylvestris) cones (total 18g of fresh pine cones). Recommended daily intake: 1 pine cone (9g) and 1 tsp syrup (10ml/14g) daily for children aged 2-10, and 2 pine cones (18g) and 1 tbsp (15ml/20g) for adults. Food supplements should not replace complete and balanced meals. Not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or breastfeeding mothers. Keep in a dry place and away from children.
