Semper pasta lasagne gluten free 250g

LASAGNE, gluten-free. Description: Rectangular pasta plates based on maize, soya, potato and rice. For gluten intolerants. Ingredients: Maize starch, soy flour, potato flour, rice starch, emulsifier (E471 (veg.)). Nutritional values: Per 100g Energy 1500kJ 350kcal, Protein 8.5g, Carbohydrate 76g of which sugars 0.7g, Fat 1.8g of which saturated fat 1g, Fibre 3g, Sodium 0.01g. Gluten: <20 ppm (Ridascreen gliadin from r-Biopharm R7001). Application: LASAGNE Grease a lasagne pan with olive oil or butter and cover bottom with bechamel sauce. Make the lasagne starting with a layer of meat/vegetarian sauce followed by a layer of lasagne and some bechamel sauce. Repeat this procedure and ensure the top layer is meat/vegetarian sauce with bechamel. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 225oC for about 20 minutes. Country of production: Italy.
