Cake&Bake mixture for chocolate brownie 590g

Ingredients: PEANUTS, Demerara sugar, WHEAT flour, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat content. Preparation: Whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the dry mixture and continue to whip until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour the batter into cupcake molds (not full), then bake for the first time for 6 minutes, stir gently, add the remaining batter and bake for another 6 minutes. Bake for up to 12 min. 160 C°. Needed: 2 eggs, 130ml warm water, 80g butter. Store in a dry and cool place.
