1.5kg. Dark rye flour, type 1800 Rye flour has long been used in Latvia and we happily eat rye bread every day. Dark rye flour is an advisable food component. All of the grain is milled into the flour, thereby preserving all the valuable goodness present in the grain. This is a coarsely milled flour, resulting in a denser, soft substance with its bread and using less volume when compared to finer wheat flour. This flour is especially suitable for baking brown country bread, potato and carrot tarts, different pies and boiling gruels.
