Ingredients per 40 g: water, sugar, young pine (Pinus sylvestris) cones (total 8g of fresh pine cones), honey (10%), blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) (10%). Recommended daily intake: 2 tsp (10ml/15g) daily for children aged 2-10, and 2 tbsp (30ml/45g) for adults. Food supplements should not replace complete and balanced meals.
