When a local CRAFT brewer borrowed our whiskey barrels to hold their best IPA beer in them, they returned with distinct hop notes that were not there before. We filled these barrels with our great 3x distilled Jameson and that's exactly how Jameson IPA whiskey came out, which stands out with soft citrus notes and a pleasant hop aroma.
