Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting notes:deeply coloured and shows black forest fruits leading to a richly structured palate with firm but soft tannins. Winemaking: wine was matured in French and American oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling Serving temperature: 16-18oC. Contains sulphites. Can be cellared with confidence for a further 5-10 years if desired during which time it will soften and become more complex.
