The starting product of STROH Rum is exclusively genuine rum that is made out of sugar-cane molasses. The dark-brown, viscid molasses similar to syrup is transformed in a distilling process into a high percentage, clear rum distillate, which must be produced mandatorily in Austria without exceptions. It convinces for its typical, very pure rum taste that unites with a distinct vanilla, almond and cinnamon aromas, a pleasant smoky note and a hint of cherry in the aftertaste to make the characteristic STROH Inländer Rum.
