It is recommended that clothing be worn to limit insect access to other parts of the body not treated with this product. Do not exceed the following spray times (in seconds) per day: adults - 17 seconds, children over 12 years of age - 7 seconds, children 2 to 12 years of age - 3 seconds. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Do not apply to skin at the same time as other products, such as after-sun lotion. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. After returning indoors, wash product from skin with soap and water. Do not use on synthetic or leather materials. Do not spray on plastic, varnished or painted surfaces, or watches. When using this product, care should be taken to avoid splashing, dripping, and/or aerosols from reaching the ground. Do not contaminate food, eating utensils, or surfaces in contact with food. Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray on an open flame or other source of ignition. Do not prick or burn, even after use. Store in a safe place.
