It is given a rich banana and fruity aftertaste by a specially developed yeast strain, which is produced in Germany and intended for the production of real German "Weißbier" beer. In the production of WHEAT beer, high-quality artesian deep well water owned by SIA UŽAVAS ALUS is used, which we are proud of. WHEAT beer has a mild, rich taste and a dense, creamy consistency.
